Role Details
We are looking for a MI Manager to play a proactive part in the strategic planning, production and effective management of all MI and Outbound solutions and services within our business.
The role holder will also be responsible for ensuring that the departmental staffing structure, policies, procedures, and systems are aligned to, and managed in line with Kura’s Strategy.
Key Requirements
* Take full ownership of the KURA MI/BI production processes, ensuring consistent and efficient outputs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive, organisation-wide reporting.
* Act as the primary contact for clients, gathering and implementing MI requirements during new business implementations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the MI capabilities of KURA.
* Lead the professional development and skill-building of the MI and Dialler teams.
* Manage and prioritise ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery by the MI team.
* Provide insightful, value-added analysis of generated reports to support business decisions.
* Offer pre-sales support to the Business Development team by delivering relevant MI insights.
* Lead dialler technology upgrades and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
* Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and management of dialler technology solutions.
* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish performance benchmarks for dialler operations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards governing outbound calling activities by developing and enforcing policies to mitigate compliance risks.
