We are seeking a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a long-term basis starting in November 2024. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling a variety of cases and comfortable with both consultations and theatre work.

*Job Description*:
As a Locum Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a vital role in providing excellent veterinary care in our busy practice. You will handle a mix of consults and theatre work, with some sole charge responsibility. We are looking for a vet who is confident, adaptable, and able to provide high-quality service to our clients and their pets.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Perform a mix of routine consultations and surgical procedures.
* Provide high-quality medical care and treatment for pets.
* Work independently during sole charge shifts when required.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Build rapport with clients, offering advice and information regarding pet health and treatments.
*Working Hours*:
* 4 days per week.
* Shifts: 9am - 7pm.
*Requirements*:
* MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
* Experience in both consultations and surgical procedures.
* Ability to work sole charge when needed.
* Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
*Remuneration*:
* £450 per day.
