* A driver with at least 1 year of experience and no more than 6 points on their license.
* Tech-savvy, with a smartphone in hand and a knack for optimizing deliveries.
* Safety-first with a customer-centric attitude.
* Comfortable with packages up to 23 kg and able to manage stairs.
