*Job Title:* Veterinary Surgeon
*Location:* Hertford, Hertfordshire
*Working Hours:* This role is full time or part time, with 1 Saturday every other week and time off in lieu. No OOHs or on call, providing a fantastic work/life balance!
*Salary:* Up to £60000
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
* Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
* Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
* Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
* Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
*Qualifications and Skills Required:*
* Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
* Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
