We are looking for an experienced *Lead Podiatrist* to join our team and help us expand and elevate our podiatry services even further.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Provide exceptional podiatric care, specializing in both routine and complex conditions.
* Lead and develop our podiatry services across both clinics, ensuring we offer the highest standard of care.
* Use advanced technologies such as Footscan to assess balance, gait, and walking patterns.
* Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans for clients.
* Mentor and support other team members, fostering a positive and collaborative clinic culture.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to staff training.
* Help develop new programs and initiatives based on client needs and feedback, ensuring our services remain cutting-edge.
*What We’re Looking For*:
* Degree in Podiatry and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Significant clinical experience in podiatry, ideally with some leadership experience.
* Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across a range of podiatric conditions.
* A passion for patient care with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest evidence-based practices.
* Experience with advanced technologies such as Footscan is a plus.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 7.5 – 37.5 per week
