We are looking for a dedicated *Locum Veterinary Surgeon* to join our small animal practice in *Blackburn, Lancashire*, for a temporary period from *18th November 2024 to 24th January 2025*. This role requires working three days per week, providing general consultations, performing routine surgeries, and delivering high-quality care to our patients.

*Working Hours*: 3 days per week
*Shift Times*: 09:00 - 18:00
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform consultations, diagnostics, and treatments for small animals.
* Carry out routine surgeries and monitor post-operative care.
* Provide clear and supportive communication to clients regarding their pets' health and treatment options.
* Collaborate with the veterinary team to maintain excellent standards of care.
* Keep accurate and detailed medical records.
*Requirements*
* MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
* Previous experience in small animal practice preferred.
* Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
