Key Responsibilities:
Switchboard Operator Duties:
Efficiently manage all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
Provide information regarding our services, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and parts availability.
Assist clients in scheduling service appointments and appointment confirmations.
Handle emergency calls with professionalism and prioritization.
Maintain and troubleshoot switchboard equipment.
Customer Care Duties:
Welcome customers in-person and over the phone, creating a positive first impression.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Follow-up on customer concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Offer detailed information on products, services, warranties, and promotions.
Gather and document customer feedback to improve our services.
Collaborate with technicians and staff to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automobile industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in using communication systems and office software.
