Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Experience with financial reporting or data analysis tools. Basic knowledge of SQL or data extraction methods is a plus. Overall Responsibilities: User Support: Assist end-users with questions and issues related to Oracle Financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable). Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed. System Configuration: Support the configuration of Oracle Financial applications under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in testing new functionalities and system upgrades. Training & Documentation: Help develop training materials and user documentation. Participate in training sessions to improve user proficiency with Oracle Financials.
