Key Responsibilities: Correspond with prospects, addressing inquiries regarding venue options, rates, room types, packages, and promotions. Prepare and send proposals, and manage invoice collection. Assist the Sales Manager in researching competitor offerings and market trends. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute events and conferences. Enter, retrieve, and reconcile data within the hotels CRM system. Gather and assemble sales collateral for prospective clients. Understand customer needs and foster loyalty to the hotel. Conduct cold calls and send follow-up emails to prospects. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality Management is required. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance with experience in the hospitality industry is acceptable.
