Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee risk management frameworks for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization. Monitor and evaluate operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks that may affect the business. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Lead the development and execution of risk management strategies in coordination with key stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on risk exposures and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes and ensure comprehensive risk coverage. Stay up to date on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure the company remains compliant with local and international standards. Perform root cause analyses of key risk issues and provide guidance on corrective actions. Prepare risk reports and presentations for senior leadership and the board of directors. Engage in business continuity planning and ensure the organization is prepared for potential disruptions. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, FRM, or CISA) are highly desirable. Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management or internal audit within the insurance or financial services sector.
