We are looking for an experienced Collections Agent who has worked on vehicle and asset recovery portfolios. This is for a reputable law firm based in Pretoria East.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Two years minimum experience collecting for Banks on the vehicle asset finance portfolio. Both on PWO and early-stage books.
- Excalibur program experience.
- Willingness to work overtime.
Experience Required
- Experience Collecting on Vehicle Asset portfolios.
- Preference will be given to those with experience on the CACS system.
- Experience on post write-off/off balance/shortfall accounts will be advantageous.
- Proficient at handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Comfortable working on both manual and predictive dialler.
Skills Required
- Seeking fast learning, hardworking, self-motivated candidate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and fair drafting skills (for purposes of making proper notes and communicating with debtors).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Work with strict deadlines.
This salary comes with both a basic salary of between R7500- R8500 plus commission and benefits.
