_*Role Overview*_
To carry out all aspects of drainage works including investigation, blockage clearance and repairs including extensive lining and patching on a variety of different properties across London, the South East and South West.
The role will consist of planned and reactive drainage tasks to both commercial and domestic buildings.
_*Key Accountabilities*_
* Cutting of patches (to install)
* Installation of patch repairs (CIPR)/localised structural repairs
* Administration of resin quantities (for installation)
* Air inversion lining up to 150mm
* Application of Drag In Lining
* Accuracy with measurements
* Small excavations with experience to reinstate surfaces on completion
* Maintain a safe site
* Maintain clean equipment - ensuring oil, water & fuel levels are checked
* Good communication with clients & operatives
* Regular feedback to the office
* Completion of paperwork via a tablet (training will be provided)
* Completion of works within set timescales
_*Knowledge, Skills & Experience*_
* Full Driving Licence
* 3 years’ experience of drainage, patching and lining
* CCTV survey experience
* Confined space experience
* Experience of using a Picote/Milling Machine (lateral cutter an advantage but training will be provided)
* Can-do attitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills
