Mon-Fri shifts = £150 per shift
Yearly Salary between £30000 - £42000
Sat-Sun (and Bank Holidays) = £165
*Job Description*
FORGE LOGISTICS LTD is a veteran-owned and operated company based in Euxton. We have a long-established relationship with the world's largest online retailer and are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers to join our team.
*What Does The Job Involve?*
* *mainly night shifts - subject to change on a weekly basis*
* *pure driving - no handling of the load*
* 4 on, 4 off rota (with extra days possible subject to your availability)
* start times vary - your flexibility is required week-to-week
* all work scheduled via a special app
* thorough vehicle checks
* adherence to all driving and working time regulations
*What Do We Offer?*
* *Mon-Fri, £150 per shift ; Sat-Sun (and Bank Holidays) , £165 per shift*
* full fleet of Iveco CNG trucks 71 and 72 plate
* guaranteed pay for cancelled shifts
* monthly pay (PAYE)
* 3 month probation period
* holiday pay and SSP
* on-going training
*What Do I Need?*
* ESSENTIAL: to have held a CE licence for at least 1 year
* ESSENTIAL: consistent Class 1 work since passing / most recently (min. 6 months)
* ESSENTIAL: experience of commercial night driving
