The preferred candidate should be based in UK and have experience testing andaccelerating the roll-out of waste reduction initiatives. The candidate mustpossess strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to promoteconsensus across multiple internal and external stakeholders , as well as apragmatic results-oriented approach. The candidate will be comfortable withdata, dive deeps and problem-solving, along with the ability to thrive in atechnical environment. Execute on the floor. - Identification, analysis, design, costing and project scoping of inventorydisposition projects - Identify and Evaluate new technology and processes to improve inventorydisposition - Define programs and metrics and ensure EU goals are achieved - Secure buy-in from Amazon leadership for piloting & large-scale deploymentacross Amazon’s EU network - Communicate and present to key leaders through MBRQBRs. - Prepare written analysis of findings and recommendations for variousbuilding-related sustainability solutions - Analyze and communicate the financial impact of projects and initiatives - Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously - Build relationships with external suppliers and partners, and with internalstakeholders ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in program or project management - Experience with Excel ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailedrequirement document Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
