Role: Interim Team Leader
Location: The Old Vicarage, Uxbridge
Salary: £25,833.60 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term - 9 -12 Months
Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

The role
We currently have an opportunity to join us as a Interim Team Leader for our service The Old Vicarage based in Uxbridge. The successful applicant will be supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and working as a proactive role model within the team.

The Opportunity
Our next Interim Team Leader will be someone who has:
- NVQ Level 2 Heath and Social Care - Adults
- A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness.
Some of your duties would include:
- Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Undertaking household tasks
- Engage our occupants in tasks and activities
The Location
Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Adult Support Workersto join our teams within the Middlesex area.
The Old Vicarage is an established accommodation based in a residential area, with 8 bedrooms, a large garden, conservatory, patio, gym and quiet room. A homely environment where each individual is supported to work towards personal independence, gain life skills and live a fulfilling life.
We are based in Uxbridge and are within commutable distance from Slough, Harrow, Ealing and surrounding towns and villages.
Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for individuals with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting those with varied and complex needs.
Options Autism is a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
