*Doctors Direct* have an exciting opportunity for a *Consultant *to work with us at *East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust* in *Paediatrics.*
We are looking for a doctor dedicated to, and passionate about, improving health and wellbeing within the West Hertfordshire community.
*Your key responsibilities will be to:*
* Diagnosing, monitoring and treating children who are injured, ill or living with disabilities
* Performing comprehensive examinations on newborns and children to identify abnormalities and checking for normal growth and development
* Prescribing treatment methods, including administering medication, performing surgeries and other therapies
* Discussing diagnosis and treatment plans with parents and children
* Ordering tests and referring patients to Specialists
* Advising patients and their family members on medication use, nutrition and preventive measures
* Creating patients’ medical reports to support other healthcare professionals

* *Days per week:* 08:00-20:00 Mon-Fri on-going, part-time hours also available.
* *Start date*: ASAP
* *Rate of pay: *£125 - £175 per hour
* *Payment method: PAYE *we do NOT facilitate payment through LTD/umbrella companies
* We request that the candidate have *MRCP* and on the *Specialist Register.*
