We have two exciting opportunities for HGV Class 1 Drivers who would like to work ongoing, on a Full time basis for a prestigious North-West Utilities at their site based in Lancaster. This company keeps the taps flowing and the toilets flushing for 7 million homes and 200,000 businesses across the North West.
The position will suit someone seeking Full time /flexible work looking for between 4 and 5 shifts per week (possibly someone looking to take semi-retirement or wanting to achieve a better work/life balance). Normal working patterns are days Monday to Friday with early starts but you might sometimes be asked to work weekends so you will need to be a bit flexible in terms of working availability.
The work involves driving an Articulated HGV Class 1 Vehicle and the operation of a Vacuum Tanker. A full paid induction and training will be given.
You must have the following:
· HGV Class 1 Licence with less than 6 penalty points
· A Full Drivers CPC card
· Digital Tachograph Card is essential
