Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Manage cash flow, including overseeing accounts receivable and payable. Ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs and investment opportunities. Contribute to the development of financial strategies and business plans to support the companys growth and profitability goals. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Qualifications: Must be qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. In-depth understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and industry-specific challenges. Familiarity with South African tax laws and regulations Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
