About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!
Instead of working in one department, we’re looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.
About You
We’re looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar, shops and accommodation teams.
As a Team Member + 1, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then you will work in one of our Bars & Shops venues for the rest of the week.
Previous bars or shops experience is necessary, so you can jump in to support our team right in the middle of our Life Music Weekenders!
Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests.
