You will be providing Financial Planning support to a team of Financial Planners. *Role Responsibilities*
The incoming Financial Planning / IFA Administrator will have previous experience in a Financial Planning / IFA Administration role. Responsibilities for this IFA Administrator job include:
* Sending Letters of Authority.
* Obtaining applications, illustrations etc.
* Ensuring all required information needed to complete application forms and illustrations has been obtained.
* Check, maintain and implement ISA process.
* Processing of New Business.
* Supporting Paraplanners in research for Suitability Reports
* Preparing information / comparisons for analysis by the Financial Planners.
* Obtaining information necessary to compile client recommendations.
* Building strong relationships with clients by providing a friendly and professional point of contact, answering queries and questions.
*Person Specification*
The incoming IFA Administrator will have strong administrative skills from within an IFA / Financial Planning environment. Additionally, you will be competent with using various industry software packages. You will also have:
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process data and information
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
* Experience and competence of using software packages and CRM systems
* Work well under pressure and be able to multitask and meet deadlines
* Ability to collaborate and work well within a team
* Always deliver a first class service to clients
* Excellent command of the English language
