Registered Mental Health Nurse
Working alongside a dedicated staff team within a registered Mental Health Nursing Home
Working on a shift pattern
* assessing and planning nursing care requirements
* organising workloads
* building relationships with, reassuring, and listening to and talking to patients
* administering medication
* agreeing and reviewing care plans and monitoring progress within Keyworker role
* giving advice and arranging support for patients, relatives and carers
* liaising with Home Manager, Lead Mental health Nurse, staff, doctors, social workers and other professionals
* writing and updating patient records, alongside review process
* encouraging patients to take part in therapeutic activities
We are looking for a motavated candadate to fill this role.
