Arran View Care Home is a nursing home in the quaint town of Saltcoats. We are a multi-unit home caring for ages with varying diagnosises both elderly and young adult.
We are looking for enthused and dedicated individuals to join our senior clinical team to continue providing excellent care for our residents.
Hours are competitive and flexible for clinical team members to create a work/life balance.
Pay will be competitive based on training and prior experience.
*Your Responsibilities will include :*
* Supporting and guiding a team in a fast-paced environment
* Providing excellent care and support to our residents
* ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with current standards
* completing mandatory training
* Creating and carrying out person centred care plans
* Offering a safe, caring stable environment to the people we support
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
* Working in partnership with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
* Support, guide and mentor other members of your team
