Our Public Sector client is looking for an INTERIM Procurement Systems Analyst with ATAMIS Software experience.
As a Procurement Systems Analyst, you will act as the primary contact in relation to all procurement systems that the organisation use.
You will work as part of the wider procurement team and will take a lead project role in the planning, development, and administration of procurement IT systems, together with collecting, managing and maintaining a consistent and accurate set of data within the system which can be used to make reliable and informative procurement conclusions by the business.
You will lead, support, develop and implement system strategies that optimise performance for the business in terms of cost, quality, delivery, governance, and responsiveness.
You will be responsible for ensuring all systems operate to agreed service levels, and you will be the primary interface for strategic system developments and configuration, system interfaces with other external technology platforms, for example ERP system, system usage, and system diagnostics, developing better ways to leverage technology processes for procurements, and leading stakeholders in best practices.
The role requires ONE day a week in their West Sussex offices. Circa 400 a day (Inside IR35) and is INITIALLY for 5 MONTHS but likely to continue.
