Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fabricate bespoke work surfaces using hand tools and machinery for precise shaping and finishing.
- Polish and finish surfaces to a high standard using polishing pads and machinery and ensuring quality control is adhered to.
- Safely operate fabrication machinery, ensuring precision and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements to fit the specifications of the project.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Experience using hand tools is essential and polishing equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
Location and Hours: This full-time role is based near Pocklington, York. Hours are Mon to Thurs: 8am to 5pm, and Fri: 7am to 4pm, overtime available. 1-hour break daily for a 42.5-hour paid working week.
