Accounts Assistant - With Study Support
Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their well-established team.
Career progression & study support with a gold standard accountancy traning provider is included.
As part of your role, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, providing an outsourced bookkeeping function.
Salary: 24,000 - 30,000
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Benefits: Study support (AAT or ACCA) &Pension
Duties to include:
- Processing sales and purchase invoices using Xero and Dext
- Processing supplier payments and customer receipts
- Performing bank reconciliation
- Preparing, reconciling VAT returns
- Monthly journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation and other control accounts
Key Attributes:
- Experience of working as a in a Practice environment
- Xero or other accounting packages
- Team orientated
- Can do attitude
