A well-known, multi-faceted business nestled on the outskirts of Bath are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator. This is a busy SME, looking for a hard-working candidate to work across the business in a finance, marketing and administration capacity.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:
- Using Quickbooks - processing and coding invoices
- Regularly updating the company website with new information and events.
- Liaising with local marketing publications and uploading events and information to their websites.
- Adding pre-written content to social media - Instagram and TikTok
- Creating brochures to be distributed to local hotels.
- Answering phone calls
- Monitoring the Director's inbox and organising meetings
- General office administration
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will thrive in a varied hands-on role. You will have excellent attention to detail, able to communicate with stakeholders across the business, organised and keen to work for a growing, evolving local business. This role is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday ( 1 day per week can be worked from home).
