Alongside helping the FC with VAT, monthly reporting and bank journals.

Description
As an Accounts Assistant you will work alongside the talented finance professionals to complete the following duties.
This will include;
- To manage and control the debts of the business, ensuring timely payments are made, process incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving accounts queries and managing debt recovery
- Petty cash recording
- Bank reconciliation and clearing of respective entries
- To manage the purchase ledger function, including matching, batching and timely recording of invoices
- Provide support to the sales ledger and accounts functions
- Complete, analyse, conduct and document phone payments
- Ensure that company records are updated regarding accounts and supplier details
- Process sales documents and work in accordance with GDPR regulations
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in financial administration
- Obtained GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Ability to work to schedules and deadlines
- Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- SAP experience is advantageous
Job Offer
