- Must have experience as a bar and waiting assistant

What will your role look like?
- Serving food and beverages to private members and visitors
- Open and close the bar and lock the clubhouse
- Cash up tills
- Locking up and opening up
- Supervise part-time and casual staff
- Run small functions and societies
- Set up the dining room ready for functions and societies
- Ensure the bar and function room are clean and tidy
- Maintain Bar stocks
- Daily cleaning tasks
- To assist in the preparation of basic food items as required
