We are looking for a machine operator to join a manufacturing company in Clacton on Sea on their late shift. The company are a manufacturer of small components that are used within various industries.
The role on offer will be to set and operate power presses. You will ideally have experience working on the same or a similar machine or have worked within engineering or machining.
Starting salary will be circa 28,000. Working hours will be 13:30-22:00 Monday to Thursday and 12:00-19:00 on Fridays.
Duties include:
- Operating and maintaining power presses
- Work from technical drawings
- Use measuring equipment
- Liaising with other staff for repairs of tools
- Sticking to strict health and safety guidelines
