We are seeking Chefs to join our team for agency work - This individual will need to be confident in working individually and as part of a team during busy periods. Also ideal candidate must hold all relevant qualifications and have an excellent understanding in the food industry. Also be able to maintain good standard of stock control and ordering quantities.
They must know how to fill out all relevant daily checks and paperwork and report any issues to management.
Experience:
Chef: 1 year (preferred)
Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Duties and responsibilities
To produce meals for patients in a care home setting, adhering to centralised standards of preparation, production and presentation.
A positive and flexible approach to customer service and strong communication skills.
Ability to plan patients diets as necessary including the correct utilisation of stock, along with a strong knowledge of allergens.
Quality assurance and Patient Confidentiality must always be maintained.
To comply with all Health and Safety at Work regulations, including COSHH and Manual Handling, whilst being aware of corporate and local safety policies.
