We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the leadership team in a highly esteemed public sector and government body based in Shoreham by Sea.
This is a temporary position and the working hours will be Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have PA/EA experience. This role is paying between £18-£20 per hour depending on experience. This role has the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate. Due to the location of this company, you will require your own transport to travel there.
As a PA you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team.
- Manage diary and meeting arrangements.
- Organise travel arrangements and events
- Assist and arrange communications and events with the community
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and enquiries professionally.
