Groomfield recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join our clients team in West Bromwich.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Working hours:

08:30 to 17:30 / 09:00 to 17:00(Rotating shift pattern every 2 weeks)

Pay Rate: 11.44 to 12.30

Responsibilities

Process customer orders promptly and accurately
Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates
Analyse order information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate
Handling 20 inbound calls per day dealing with customers
Perform data entry tasks to input order information into the system

The successful candidate should have:

Strong data entry skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Experience in analysing order information
Previous experience in upselling products or manufacturing would be advantageous
