Hourly pay rate: 12.86 per hour (full time salary equivalent 25,000)
Hours: 25 hours per week Monday to Friday either 10.00am - 4.00pm or 9.30am - 3.30pm

I am currently recruiting for a part-time temporary Customer Service Executive to join a known organisation who are located in Woking town centre.
Customer Experience Advisors are required to deal with a variety of customer
requests and help individuals resolve their enquiries. Dealing with enquiries in a fair, efficient, effective, sensitive, and professional manner ensuring that all communications are appropriate to customer needs.
It is a position that suits naturally positive people who enjoy making others' lives easier, and it will also appeal to those who enjoy problem solving.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer services environment, and be able to have good decision making and judgement skills with clear written and oral communication skills. You must be PC literate with intermediate level IT skills in Microsoft Word & Excel.
