Job Title: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Bedford
Salary: 15 - 17 (PAYE)

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a leading company in the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for assembling and fitting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components based on drawings.
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines and use PPE.
- Maintain high quality control and report any issues or delays.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Keep the work area clean and follow 5S principles.
- Complete assembly documentation and contribute to efficiency improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience or apprenticeship in a related field.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, with a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent experience).
