(Based Monday to Friday in the office 9am to 6pm)

Our client is part of a global organisation and are the market leader in their industry!
Currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team. Excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company that are also moving into newly refurbished premises. The role as facilities coordinator will give you an opportunity to work across various departments within the business and also give you a varied and no two days the same feel!

Your role
- First port of contact for facilities related issues and enquiries
- H&S
- Day to day management of third-party suppliers
- Managing contracts such as mobile phones / car fleet
- Project management of office refurb
- Reviewing suppliers
- Managing office supplies
- Organising of events such as summer and Xmas party
- Preparing meeting rooms for clients
- General admin
Ideal candidate
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Trouble shooting experience
- Ability to interact with staff, suppliers and vendors
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage and multitask on a daily basis
- Clean driving licence
