Are you a Quality Inspector looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. This Permanent position is working Monday - Friday days and is paying 24,500 - 25,500 per annum, along with benefits such as 31 days holiday, 5% matched pension and much more.
You will be working for a family-run business who have been established for over 30 years, producing high-quality products, distributed worldwide. This is a fantastic time to join their business as they are currently undergoing a dramatic period of growth and are upsizing into a brand new state-of-the-art facility after outgrowing their current premises. You will be working as part of a fast-paced and dynamic department where no day will be the same, with the opportunity to develop your existing skills and undergo specialist training.
Roles and Responsibilities as a Quality Inspector:
- Conducting internal audits and supporting with external audits.
- Finished product quality checks, testing, goods in and out checks.
- Taking samples for the sales team to send to new and prospective clients.
- Hygiene, traceability and allergen management.
- Recording and monitoring documentation and labelling.
I would love to see CVs from individuals who have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quality Inspector, QA Technician, Quality Assurance Coordinator or similar role within a Food or Drink manufacturing environment (essential).
- A HACCP Level 2 qualification as a minimum (essential).
- Internal auditing experience (preferred).
- Good Microsoft skills and strong written and verbal communication (essential).
