Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client for this permanent position of Projects Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £35,000 doe.
Due to our clients continual growth, we are looking for a Projects Coordinator to join our clients projects department. The role involves working closely with and assisting Regional, Project and Sales Managers in the many tasks involved with delivering projects from initial customer enquiry through to project completion.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
IT literate with experience of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, NAV & Dynamics 365 advantageous)
Knowledge of file management and other administrative processes.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Possess good communication, organisational, change management and problem-solving skills.
Clean driving licence.
Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and colleagues to the office space.

Taking client phone calls and directing as required.

Process client purchase orders.
-
Raise client invoices.
-
Raise supplier purchase orders.
-
Process supplier invoices.
-
Assist Sales managers with logging sales quotes, opportunities, orders.

Maintain office stock and order office supplies.
-
Assist Managers with timesheets and overtime recording.
-
Assist with Engineers diaries.
-
Assist with Engineers training schedules.
-
Assist Project & Regional Managers with end of project process and document checks before archiving.

Providing administrative support as needed.
