Production Technician to join their growing team in Wrexham.
The Role:As a
Production Technician, you ll be the go-to person when equipment needs a quick fix! You ll play a big role in keeping things running smoothly by troubleshooting machinery breakdowns, solving problems, and improving production efficiency. Your day-to-day will see you working alongside the supervisory team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and keeping the production line in top shape.
Here s a glimpse at what you ll be doing
- Being the first responder for mechanical breakdowns on equipment and jigs.
- Using problem-solving techniques to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on automated systems.
- Streamlining production processes and reducing waste with lean principles.
- Supporting layout changes to ensure the workplace is safe and efficient.

- Qualified: You should be educated to GCSE level and keen to further your skills with an engineering qualification
