Chef's required for a NEW OPENING which is SPANISH FINE DINING. They are looking for a SENIOR SOUS CHEF and CHEF DE PARTIE'S for this new opening in london, this is a high-end restaurant serving Spanish/Mediterranean high-end dishes. The chefs will be doing 45hrs, they will have a open kitchen, which will create a great feel for the restaurant, with the grill at the heart of this, for grilling amazing spanish meats. This restaurant will be heading towards awards, you will be on the team to win Rosette's and overtime michelin.
The role
As a Senior Sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. you will help create Mediterranean high-end dishes for the restaurant, that will have a Spanish influence. You will run the kitchen for the head chef, ensure the kitchen ready for service, step into any sections not doing well. This role will include all your standard senior sous chef duties.
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure the section runs smoothly and the dishes are of a high end spanish fine dining standard. The chef de partie role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.
Expeirence
We are looking for Chefs from Chef de partie to senior sous chef level who has knowledge of Mediterranean cookery and ideally some Spanish cookery knowledge too. You will have a high-end restaurant background with good knife skills.
