A Senior Interior Architect job is now available with a boutique studio based in South West London. The successful candidate will be integral to the design process, overseeing the design process of luxury residential projects from concept to completion.
With a classic and timeless aesthetic, our client prides themselves on their impeccable attention to detail. Currently going through an exciting growth period, they are looking for a creative yet technically led designer, to join their team on a permanent basis. This position would suit a proactive designer with a strong background working in high-end properties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Director on luxury residential projects
- Producing proposals and presentations
- Developing technical packages and detail drawings
- FF&E including producing bespoke joinery and furniture design
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties as needed
- Producing drawings when needed
- Onsite project management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' UK experience working on high-end residential projects
- Experience working as part of a London based, leading interior design studio strongly preferred
- Outstanding technical experience and knowledge
- Ability to produce/review technical packages including elevations, detail drawings and joinery drawings
- Confident working with large budget and HNWI
- Experience supervising projects on site and liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Experience running projects across different stages
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
Salary & Package
- Salary circa 50,000. Flexible for outstanding candidates
- Hybrid work set-up.
