Location: Lincoln Office based 4-5 days per week (LN11 0AT)
Salary: £80-100k + 20% bonus (subsidised accommodation available if relocating)

About The Company:
Our client, a successful entrepreneur, is seeking to transition leadership of several B2C businesses in the Lincolnshire area. These ventures range from start-ups to more established operations and include premium alcoholic beverages (wine and gin), organic artisan food products, and a high-end hospitality business.
Managing Director The Role:
Our client is looking for someone who can successfully manage the senior team, whilst running and growing operations across a multi-disciplinary business with a diverse product range. This is an excellent opportunity to help establish some great products and an experiential leisure experience, whilst positioning the brand as a high-end supplier across the region and beyond. This is a relatively new venture so there is plenty of opportunity for growth within the role and across the business and group.
Managing Director Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Senior Team against KPIs
- Full P&L responsibility
- Preparing board reports
- Driving growth and profitability
- Ensuring overall success of the business
- Product development and spotting opportunities for new commercial opportunities
- Delivering on the strategic direction of the business
Managing Director You:
- Experience of working for an owner/founder managed business
- Experience within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment
- Experience within a highly operational environment
- Strong financial management skills
- Multi-disciplinary experience, a varied career is a plus here
- Previously held full P&L responsibility
- Strong people manager, coach and mentor
- Proven track record in driving growth of new product and services
