The role of Procurement Manager - Deliver the annual framework plan, including new frameworks and re-tenders.
- Oversee the Central Data Team to improve service delivery and data standards.
- Manage the Central Procurement Service to enhance procurement excellence and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead technology development initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders for implementation.
- Drive Procurement Transformation and Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop the Procurement Toolkit and manage professional development for procurement staff.
- Stay updated on legal changes and implement necessary adjustments to procedures.
To be Successful in the role of Procurement Manager - Extensive procurement experience and knowledge of public procurement policies.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., MCIPS) preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Line management experience and a full driving license are required
