Duties as follows:
Sales Administration -setting up new accounts received via the website or trade shows. Processing new orders received via website Reps and phone.
Dealing with amendments and processing cancellations
Sending out quotes and following up. Sending out details of products and helping customers with order queries.Sending proforma invoices.
On the shipping side data entry receiving stock onto the system. Processing clearing documents. Costing containers and checking invoices. Updating spreadsheets. Stock control training provided. You will need to be a quick learner with a can do attitude.
The company attend trade shows three times a year and you may be asked to travel with the team to assist with these all expenses paid.
