Are you an Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant looking for a new part time opportunity? You will need to have a background in Business Travel with two years proven GDS Galileo and Amadeus experience. The Job:
Ensure that all travel enquiries are handled in an effective manner whilst ensuring service delivery exceeds client expectations.
Make and manage reservations across all vendor categories (air, rail, car, accommodation) in accordance with processes and policies.
Ensure reservations and adhere to customer policies, process and SLAs at all times
Building strong and meaningful relationships across our client portfolio
Working to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for all stakeholders.
Skills required:
Complete competence using travel booking technologies - Travelport (Galileo), Amadeus, Evolvi and Conferma
Strong product and geographical knowledge with the ability to upsell additional services to ensure the completeness of reservations
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Attention to detail with the ability to both prioritise workload and manage customer expectations.
Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be highly motivated to ensure that goals and targets are consistently met.
The Package:
Part Time Position 16 hours per week
Monday-Friday 17:00 - 22:00 Saturday-Sunday 08:00 - 22:00
Salary 27,000 - 30,000 Pro Rota
