About the Role:As the Children's University Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting the Children's University program across Doncaster and North Lincolnshire. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and support the Children's University program across Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement wider outcomes for children.
- Formulate successful funding bids and engage with local businesses for financial support.
- Design and run extra-curricular clubs and activities.
- Liaise with schools to ensure the success of the Parent Ambassador project.
- Market and promote Children's University activities to ensure high participation.
Essential Criteria: - Experience working with children, young people, and parents.
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above).
- Proven experience in working with stakeholders such as schools, businesses, and funders.
- Demonstrated ability in marketing and business development.
- Skills in formulating funding bids and developing strategies for funding streams.
- Ability to multi-task, show initiative, and work in a demanding environment.
- Understanding of safeguarding issues related to children and young people.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and creating a positive learning environment.
