- Resource management
- Scheduling and cost planning
- Project scheduling in national and international projects using the PRIMAVERA P6 tool
- Independent creation of offer schedules as a basis for the scheduling feasibility check and availability analysis of resources
- Independent creation of project schedules as a control instrument for effective project execution and for the early detection of delays and scheduling conflicts
- Conducting regular progress reviews, creating target-actual comparisons, trend analyses and reports
- Critical path analysis and resource requirements (including bottlenecks)
- Support in developing alternative schedule scenarios
- Coordination with all parties involved, as well as clarification of the interfaces to other schedules and continuous communication of the schedule to the relevant project participants
- Reporting (evaluation, presentation of defined indicators)
