The Role: Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Digital Rayleigh, Essex
Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Our client is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to lead on the provision of supplying Digital Marketing services to its varied customer base.
Working in conjunction with their in-house team of designers, developers and social media consultants, you will be supporting their customers through the promotion of their products and or services across all digital channels.
The role necessitates the implementation and management of various strategies including SEO, PPC and Paid Social as well as email and re-advertising campaigns.
Objectives of the role
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for customers
- Establish and execute digital marketing strategies to distribute content
- Work with the in-house team of writers, designers and marketers plus customer stakeholders to maintain their digital presence
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it s performing and optimise user experience
Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing SEO elements of a project to ensure the website s SEO can be maximised both from launch and in the future
- Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies and activities through SEO, UX, digital advertising (PPC and paid social), email marketing and website optimisation.
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various search engine and social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- A proven track record of running digital campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualified in Google Analytics
- Ideally Chartered Marketer accredited
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
- Full driver s licence
The Package
- Salary from £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
