Senior Support Worker Team Leader
Salary: £27,227.20 - £29,515.20 per annum (depending on qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Annual Leave: 6.6 weeks
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our inclusive care team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring all individuals are treated with respect and their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support your team to deliver person-centered care.
- Ensure all staff adhere to care plans and maintain a high standard of care.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the team, providing guidance and training where necessary.
- Promote inclusion and equality within the service, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity.
- Liaise with families, external agencies, and other professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a leadership role within the care sector.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
