Lampshade Technician £13.19 per hour (Wednesdays - Fridays)

The Opportunity: We re seeking a skilled Lampshade Technician to craft beautifully and meticulously handcrafted pleated lampshades using in-house designed fabrics. Initially part-time (Wednesday Friday, 9am 4.30pm), this role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on performance and organisational needs, offering opportunities for growth and leadership. You ll work closely with our client s design and production teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality in everything you create.
What You ll Do: Craft high-quality pleated lampshades with precision, collaborate with the team to improve processes and efficiency, and work independently to meet targets.
About You: Experience in lampshade making or related fields (fabric handling, sewing, and assembly).
Detail-oriented with a meticulous attention to quality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
A team player who s adaptable to changing tasks.
Creative problem-solver with a positive and approachable personality.
