A mortgage company based in Richmond are on the looking for a switched on and organised Administrator to join their growing team.
The client is looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work in a team environment. Strong organisation skills and able to work under pressure is essential for this role
Administrator Responsibilities:
To be responsible for assisting a team Mortgage Brokers, focusing on mortgage and protection business.
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Remaining compliant in line with FCA regulations
- Diary management and filing documents
- Packaging and submitting applications
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and surveyors to progress client cases
- General office administration
- Able to adapt to in house CRM and computer packages
Administrator Specification:
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Capable of sourcing solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
